“Respect for the Dignity of Child in Education” November 13, 2010

To find meaningful solutions to prevent assault and abuse of the dignity of child and

to set the goal of joyful learning and teaching in schools,

PFME is organizing a seminar on the issue

The Corporal Punishment Case and Judgment

The Forum won a case in the High Court of Delhi in the year 2000, against the Government of Delhi. The judgment has declared corporal punishment in schools unconstitutional.
